Vical thick gauge cell cast acrylic sheet is of exceptional quality in comparison to any other domestic or imported product.
 | Crystaline clarity completely devoid of edge color. Parts sparkle. |
| Thickness control is exceptionally tight and uniform. Vical has a Nine-point Thickness Check with each sheet: At the center, the four corners and the center of each edge. The data is noted on two corner production labels with other pertinent data. Also, the record of thickness is noted on the invoice. |
| Bubbles or voids. No bubbles or voids are allowed. |
| Foreign particles. Only one particle with a maximum diameter of 5/64" is allowed per 4 square feet. This defect is rare and is identified on the masking paper and noted on the invoice. |
| Scratches. One 0.4" long per 3 square feet. Note: Scratches under this size are visible under normal factory lighting only if inspected at a 24" distance at a 90 degree angle to the line of sight. |
| Length and width tolerances: +/- 1/10". Squareness tolerance: +/- 2/10" on diagonal. Borders and edges are perfectly straight saw cuts. |
| Angles tolerances: Edges form a 90 degree angle +/- 0' 0.13". Diagonals differ in not more than 0.2 inches. |
| Meets or exceeds LP-391D. UV Stable. |
| Physical properties are identical to domestically produced cell cast acrylic sheet. |
| Masking Paper. Vical is now supplied with domestic heavy duty craft paper masking. |

Vical is produced in Argentina and is
sold in 16 pallet containers. Pallets weigh 2200 pounds each. Prices are in
